Seni is a Senior Advocate of Nigeria (SAN), as well as an Attorney-at-Law in the State of New York and Commonwealth of Massachusetts in the United States of America. Notably, before returning to Nigeria Seni practiced law at the international law firm, MINTZ LEVIN, in Boston, Massachusetts, where he achieved the remarkable feat of becoming a Partner (Litigation).
While in the United States, he counseled multinational publicly-held conglomerates and private companies on various matters, including but not limited to, Fiduciary Law and Corporate Governance; Securities Laws; Legislative and Regulatory Matters before the U.S. Congress; Real Estate Valuation and Tax Abatement; Immigration; Intellectual Property Law; Internet Technology and Security; Insurance and Coverage Disputes; and Business Torts (including Unfair Trade Practices, Commercial Libel and Breach of Contract).
Since returning to practice in Nigeria, Mr. Adio has complemented his business litigation background with extensive expertise in Admiralty (Maritime), Energy (Oil and Gas), Telecommunications, Gaming and Entertainment, Health Law, and Capital Markets transactions and counseling. He is also duly registered with the Nigerian Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) as a Capital Markets Solicitor.
Mr. Adio obtained his Bachelor of Laws with honours (LL.B Hons.) from The University of Buckingham, United Kingdom and his Master of Laws (LL.M Taxation) from Boston University School of Law, Boston, Massachusetts, USA. He is an avid runner and successfully completed two Boston Marathons.
Mrs. Fatoki is a Partner in the Firm. Her professional experience includes working as in-house counsel as an International Attorney with Coca-Cola Company Limited, Atlanta, Georgia, USA and Airtel Nigeria limited, one of the three major telecommunications companies in Nigeria.
She has extensive experience in the areas of oil and gas, telecommunications, immigration, health law, complex commercial transactions, including but not limited to public offerings, project finance, joint venture transactions, venture capital financings, asset purchase, sale and lease-back arrangements, and telecommunications regulatory and compliance related matters. She also has substantial background in energy and utility services including electric power generation matters and was an integral part of the team that drafted the power reform legislation that liberalized the electricity power sector of the Nigerian economy.
She obtained her Bachelor of Laws degree with honours from The University of Ibadan, Nigeria and Master of Laws from Boston University School of Law, Boston, USA. She is admitted as an Attorney-at-Law in New York State, USA.
Justice Mashood O. Adio is a former Chief Judge of Oyo State, Nigeria. Between 1991 and 1996, he was seconded to The Gambia and served as a Judge of the Supreme Court of The Gambia. Before his elevation to the higher bench, he had practiced as a trial lawyer for almost twenty-five years, of which over twenty years was spent as a law officer of the Federal Government of Nigeria, culminating in his attaining the esteemed position of Director of Civil Litigation, Federal Ministry of Justice.
Justice Adio represented his country with distinction and received commendation in various forms, including a United Nations Human Rights Fellowship; Chairmanship of the Commission on Crude and Refined Oil concessions granted by the Nigerian Government to the Economic Community of West African States (ECOWAS) between 1984 and 1994; Chairmanship of The African Group in the United Nations Law of the Sea Conference; Nomination to and membership (based on competence) of The United Nations Preparatory Commission for Seabed Authority and Law of the Sea Tribunal.
The Honourable Chief Judge obtained his law degree from the University of London, London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE).
Ijeoma Njemanze, LL.B Hons. (Nigeria), BL, FCI Arb (UK)
Ijeoma is a Managing Associate with extensive experience representing publicly-held and private companies in complex commercial litigation and alternative dispute resolution matters.
She has also developed expertise in advising clients on asset purchase transactions, business reorganization and insolvency, as well as real estate transactions. She is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, UK.
Mariam Opanuga, LL.B Hons. (Ilorin), BL
Mariam is an attorney-at-law with extensive experience representing financial, technology and oil and gas services companies. She is a certified ADR expert and brings her dispute resolution skills to bear in negotiating commercial transactions. She also has substantial experience in Immigration Law.

Adebola Adesanya, LL.B Hons. (Lagos), BL
‘Debola’s areas of expertise include commercial dispute resolution, immigration, real estate, admiralty (maritime), health law, and taxation. She also advises clients with respect to employment and labour law matters. More recently, she has been involved in complex recovery and insolvency litigation involving multi-jurisdiction parties.

Titilola Olayinka, LL.B. Hons. (Reading), BL
Titilola is an Associate of the Firm, and she is actively engaged in various aspects of commercial dispute resolution, and white-collar crime litigation. She also advises clients in the areas of oil and gas, sports and entertainment law, immigration, technology law, intellectual property, real estate, and franchising.
Alaba obtained her Bachelor of Laws degree with honours from University of Lagos, Nigeria and Master of Laws from Columbia Law School, New York, USA. She has in-depth experience in the areas of oil and gas including acquisition of oil mining leases, crude oil sales contracts, construction contracts, joint venture transactions, service contracts, production sharing contracts, and the local content requirements of the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC). She also has an extensive background in mergers and acquisitions, company restructuring, corporate finance, banking and finance, management buy-in and buy-out deals, and telecommunications law.
She is an Associate of the Association of Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, UK and also admitted as an Attorney-at-Law in New York State, USA.
